Accommodation Terms
and Conditions
Article 1: Scope of Application
- The accommodation contracts and related agreements concluded between our facility and guests shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. Matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by applicable laws and general customs.
- In the event our facility establishes special agreements (hereinafter "Special Provisions") not in violation of laws or general customs—such as those described on the website at the time of booking or communicated thereafter—those Special Provisions shall prevail over these Terms.
- These Terms also apply in cases where the facility is rented for purposes such as photo/video shoots or short-term use not involving overnight stays.
Article 2: Application for an Accommodation Contract
- Persons wishing to apply for an accommodation contract must provide the following information to the
facility:
- Name and contact information of the guest
- Date of stay and estimated arrival time
- Accommodation charges
- Any other items as required by law or deemed necessary by the facility
- If a guest requests to extend their stay beyond the reserved dates during their stay, this shall be treated as a new accommodation contract at the time of the request.
Article 3: Conclusion of the Contract
- The accommodation contract is deemed concluded when the facility accepts the application. However, this does not apply if the facility can prove it declined the application.
- Upon conclusion, the guest must pay a deposit specified by the facility by the designated due date.
- The deposit shall be applied first to the accommodation charges, then to penalties or compensation as stipulated in Articles 6 and 18, and any remainder will be refunded.
- If the deposit is not paid by the due date in the prescribed manner, the contract becomes void. This only applies if the facility informed the guest of the payment deadline.
Article 4: Special Provisions Waiving Deposit
- Notwithstanding Article 3, Paragraph 2, the facility may establish special provisions that waive the requirement to pay a deposit.
- If the facility does not request the deposit or specify a payment deadline, such cases will be treated as being subject to these special provisions.
Article 5: Refusal of Contract
The facility may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases:
- When the application is not in accordance with these Terms
- When no rooms are available
- When the applicant may violate laws, public order, or good morals
- When the applicant falls under the following categories:
- An organized crime group or related entity as defined by law
- A corporation controlled by such groups
- A corporation with executives who are members of such groups
- When the applicant may cause significant disturbance to the facility, staff, or neighbors
- When the applicant is clearly infectious
- When the applicant makes violent or unreasonable demands
- When natural disasters or facility malfunctions make accommodation impossible
- When restricted by prefectural ordinances
- When the applicant fails to follow house rules
Article 6: Right to Cancel by Guest
- Guests may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the facility.
- If the cancellation is due to the guest's fault (excluding cancellations before deposit payment), penalties will be charged according to Appendix 2. However, this applies only if the facility informed the guest of penalty obligations under Article 4.
- If a guest fails to arrive by 10 PM on the day of check-in without prior notice (or a designated arrival time), the facility may deem the contract canceled by the guest.
Article 7: Right to Cancel by Facility
The facility may cancel the accommodation contract under the following conditions:
- If the guest may or does engage in behavior against laws, public order, or good morals
- If the guest falls under any of the following:

- A corporation with executives who are members of such groups
- If the guest causes or may cause significant disturbance to the facility, staff, or neighbors
- If the guest is clearly infectious
- If the guest makes violent or unreasonable demands
- If natural disasters make accommodation impossible
- If restricted by prefectural ordinances
- If the guest violates house rules (e.g., smoking, loud noise)
- If it is clear the guest intends to use the facility in ways that violate the rules
Article 8: Guest Registration
- Guests must register the following details via the facility's designated method:
- Name, age, gender, address, and occupation
- For foreign nationals: nationality, passport number, port and date of entry into Japan
- Departure date and time
- Any other items required by law or deemed necessary by the facility
- Payments should be made via credit card unless otherwise specified by the facility.
Article 9: Use of Guest Rooms
- Guest rooms may be used only during the time specified at booking. For multiple-day stays, rooms can be used throughout the stay, excluding check-in and check-out days. Special provisions take precedence.
- Use of rooms outside the specified hours may be permitted for an additional fee.
Article 10: Compliance with Rules
Guests must follow the facility rules posted within the premises.
Article 11: Available Hours of Facility Use

Article 12: Payment of Charges
- The breakdown of charges is shown in Appendix 1.
- Payment must be made by credit card in advance unless another method is offered.
- Even if a guest does not stay after a room is made available, full charges still apply.
Article 13: Responsibility of the Facility
- The facility is liable only for direct damages caused by its fault in contract performance or failure. It is not liable for indirect or unclear damages.
- The facility holds liability insurance but this does not guarantee full compensation.
- The facility bears no responsibility for optional services such as meals or activities, which are directly contracted between the guest and third-party providers. Please review terms before applying.
Article 14: Inability to Provide Reserved Room
- If the facility cannot provide the reserved room, it will seek alternative accommodations with the guest's consent.
- If this is not possible, the facility will pay compensation equivalent to cancellation fees unless the inability is not its fault.
Article 15: Handling of Deposited Items
The facility does not accept custody of any deposited items from guests.
Article 16: Lost Luggage or Personal Items
- The facility does not accept advance delivery of luggage.
- If items are left after checkout and the owner is identifiable, the facility will contact the main guest and follow instructions. Items are held for 7 days (excluding perishables, newspapers, magazines) and then discarded. Valuables may be reported to police.
- The facility bears no responsibility for lost or forgotten items.
Article 17: Parking Responsibility
The facility only provides parking space and is not liable for vehicle management. However, it is liable for damages caused by its own intent or negligence.
Article 18: Guest Liability
If a guest causes damage to the facility or its staff through intent or negligence, the guest must compensate for the damages.
